I hope you are all remaining safe and healthy after the recent blanket of snow over the city. For all the skiers out there, I’m sure the weather is perfect for trips to COP, Banff, Sunshine or any favourite ski hills. For those of us who aren’t enjoying the slopes, we are a couple weeks away from Spring (or at least for it to be declared so)! I am looking forward to the transition to sunny days and warmer weather.
As you may have heard, both from our letter and Dr. Mireault’s blog post, Dr. Mireault will be retiring from Braeside Dental Center on April 30th of this year. Over the past 24 years, it has been a pleasure to work with him, as my colleague and friend.
All the familiar faces you have grown accustomed to seeing, alongside myself, will still be here to care for you. We are committed to continuing the compassionate care and clinical excellence you have come to expect, always aiming for a healthy smile from all of our patients!
It will be my privilege to welcome Dr. Jost to Braeside Dental Centre as of May 1st, 2018. Along with attending seminars together, Dr. Jost, Dr. Mireault, and I have been members of the same PLG (Pankey Learning Group) for the last few years, sharing ideas on how to improve the level of dentistry and communication in our practices. It was immediately clear that Dr. Jost has a philosophy regarding his profession that is complimentary to our practice and will ensure the excellence of each patient’s dental care and experience. I can guarantee that any patient who sees Dr. Jost will be in good hands!
In addition to the common principles we share, Dr. Jost has exemplary technical skills. It is also wonderful that he has a special interest in IV Sedation and placement of implants. This will allow us to broaden the range of services provided to our patients.
If you have any thoughts regarding your dental experience, please let us know. We are always happy to hear from you.
