Benefits of Regular Dental Care

Regular dental care is a very important part of our overall health. There have been many studies that have found links between oral health and the overall health of the body. These links between oral health and its effects on other parts of the body include, but are not limited to, the heart, brain (strokes), kidneys and diabetes. Regular dental care involves two components: (1) the check-up and (2) hygiene care, to help remove the biofilm created by plaque and bacteria.
